1. General rule
Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and without harming others or the platform. You are responsible for content and activity associated with your account, including content created by collaborators.

- Contains credible threats, targeted harassment, or incitement to violence.
- Violates privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights.

- Impersonates another person or misrepresents identity, affiliation, or authority.
- Promotes fraud, phishing, deceptive financial schemes, or stolen goods or credentials.
- Distributes malware, malicious code, or instructions primarily intended to compromise systems.
3. Prohibited technical conduct
- Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks.
- Scanning, testing, or exploiting the Service without written authorization.
- Disrupting availability through denial-of-service activity or excessive automated traffic.
- Scraping private areas, harvesting personal information, or bypassing access controls.
- Reverse engineering or interfering with the Service except where law expressly permits it.
- Evading subscription limits, moderation measures, bans, rate limits, or security controls.
4. Spam and search manipulation
You may not use the Service for unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive redirects, keyword stuffing, link schemes, automatically generated low-value pages, misleading metadata, or other activity primarily intended to manipulate search engines or mislead readers.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity, history, and risk, we may warn the user, limit visibility, remove content, preserve evidence, suspend features, ban an account, or report conduct to service providers or authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect safety. We may act immediately in urgent cases.
6. Reporting concerns
Report suspected violations, infringement, or security concerns to privacy@buildyourblogs.com. Include the relevant blog or article URL and enough detail for us to evaluate the report. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
