1. Subscription payments
Creator and Business subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. The amount and billing interval are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
2. No refunds after use begins
Paid use includes accessing a paid feature, creating or managing content beyond free-plan limits, operating additional blogs, or otherwise receiving the benefit of the paid plan. A later decision not to use the remaining time does not create a refund entitlement.
3. Cancelling future renewal
Subscribers may cancel through Dashboard → Plans & Billing → Manage Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then, and no additional renewal charge should occur after the effective cancellation date.
Cancellation does not normally produce a prorated refund or credit for unused days in the current billing period. Deleting content, ceasing use, or losing access because of a policy violation does not by itself cancel the Stripe subscription.
4. Billing errors and exceptional cases
Contact us promptly if you believe there was a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, an unauthorized transaction, or a technical failure that prevented paid access. We will investigate verified billing errors. Any discretionary refund does not create an obligation to issue future refunds.
5. Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this Policy limits a cancellation, refund, warranty, or consumer-protection right that cannot be waived under applicable law. If this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement controls.
6. Contact
Send a billing question to privacy@buildyourblogs.com. Include the account email, invoice date, amount, and a description of the issue, but never email a complete card number or password.
